Şerife HARMANKAYA donated her land in Konya for a school built within the 220 schools in 19 provinces under the scope of Education for All in Times of Crisis I&II and Education Infrastructure for Resilience Projects implemented by Ministry of National Education, Construction and Real Estate Department through German Development Bank (KfW) and The World Bank with European Union financial support. Şerife HARMANKAYA, known with her philanthropy, in Konya, said; I wish I had buy more land and give it to the state. I’m so glad. Children will be chirping in this school. If I had my mind in the past, I would have bought land from the coast, used to give it to the state to build a school. Let the Syrians go to school, they are our brothers, our children.
Konya Governor Cüneyit Orhan TOPRAK gave a gift and plaque to Şerife Harmankaya who attended the Education Infrastructure for Resilience Project Reinforced Concrete Schools Opening Ceremony. Harmankaya has taken a commemorative photo with the Ambassador of European Union Christian BERGER and The Governor, and she accepted the thanks.
